Renting baby gear is simple. Browse your items, place your order, and we’ll take care of the delivery, setup, and pickup.
We will deliver, assemble, and pick up your baby equipment at a private residence. Select the Private Home / Family Friends option on your reservation form and enter the address. Choose the delivery window that best fits the schedule.
We can also coordinate directly with your host and, in many cases, leave equipment on a secluded porch or side gate. If you are staying in a gated community, please be sure to include the gate code in the notes section of your order form.
Please note: if a hotel says they offer cribs, they are often referring to a Pack ’n Play or portable crib, not a full-size crib.
If you are having a full-size crib delivered to a hotel, in some cases it may be set up in your room before you arrive, depending on the hotel. Please let the hotel know to expect your delivery and we will coordinate the details directly with them.
Items can often be dropped off and picked up through the hotel front desk or concierge, so you do not always need to be present. At checkout, please return the items to the front desk clearly tagged with your name. Make sure the items are returned closer to the beginning of the pickup window you selected.
We can pick up your rental equipment from a different location than the original delivery address, as long as it is within the same city. Simply include the pickup address in the Special Instructions section of your reservation form. An additional fee may apply.
Please keep in mind that full-size cribs usually require a truck or van for transport.
Making changes to an order is easy through our order editing system. All order changes are subject to availability and will be confirmed by email. You may also call or text us at 941-236-0087 and we will be happy to help.
Once your order is placed, your card will be verified and then charged. Any modifications or changes to your order will be charged to the credit card on file.
We do not accept cash or checks.
