Rental Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms carefully. By accepting delivery or possession of any rented items, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Ownership

All rented items remain the property of Venice Baby Gear Rentals LLC at all times. Full ownership and title of all equipment remain solely with Venice Baby Gear Rentals LLC.

Rental Period

The rental period begins and ends based on the dates and times listed in your reservation.

Any changes or extensions must be requested by phone or email and are subject to availability. Additional charges will apply for extended rentals. No refunds or credits will be issued for early returns or unused rental time.

Inspection of Items

Upon delivery, the renter agrees that all items are in good working condition. Items must be returned in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the rental start. If an issue is reported, we will arrange a replacement item when possible. Refunds or discounts will not be issued for dissatisfaction.

Use of Equipment

The renter agrees to follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, and safety guidelines. This includes weight, age, and usage limits.

Once items are accepted, the renter assumes full responsibility for safe use. Venice Baby Gear Rentals LLC is not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from use or misuse of rented equipment.

Cribs, Gates & Car Seats

• Full-size cribs are assembled on-site and must not be moved or disassembled.
• Safety gates are for use at the bottom of stairs only.
• Car seats must be installed by the renter. We cannot install them.

The renter must report any incident involving a rented car seat within 24 hours.

Damages

Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Damaged or missing items may result in repair or replacement charges billed to the card on file.

Irreparable items will be charged at full replacement cost plus any applicable fees.

Cleaning Fees

Equipment must be returned in reasonably clean condition. A minimum $25 cleaning fee will apply for excessive mess, including:

• Food, drink, or spills
• Urine, feces, or vomit
• Ink, crayons, or stains
• Excessive sand or dirt

No food or drinks are allowed in car seats or strollers. Strollers may not be used on sand or at the beach.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited near rental items. Items returned with smoke odor may incur cleaning or replacement charges.

Missing or Unreturned Items

Any items not returned at the end of the rental period will be charged at full replacement cost to the card on file.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to delivery are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are subject to a 50% charge. No refunds are given for early termination or unused rental time.

Weather-related issues, including storms or hurricanes, are not eligible for refunds. A credit may be issued for use within one year of the original travel date.

Release of Liability

By accepting rental items, the renter acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with their use, including potential injury or damage.

The renter agrees to release and hold harmless Venice Baby Gear Rentals LLC from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses related to the use of rented equipment.

Agreement

By accepting delivery or possession of rented items, the renter agrees to all terms outlined above. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
